We do not directly contract with insurance companies, however, we strive to simplify the process of reimbursement for you by supplying the necessary diagnostic codes (ICD-10) and procedure codes (CPT). These codes can be used when you file your own insurance claim, potentially contributing to your out-of-network benefits. You can still use your insurance for labs and imaging.
If a procedure is recommended, we will provide you with transparent pricing. Typically, patients can use their insurance to cover the Anesthesia and Facility Fees. Surgeon Fees are considered out of network.
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 fee.
